Most recently, I had been employed as a Technical Field Service Engineer at Laerdal Medical, a high fidelity simulation training company for the healthcare industry that utilized many aspects of IT.  I have gained extensive experience in the areas of information technology support, life-cycle management, and customer service. I have been able to successfully work in a high volume environment while maintaining strong customer focus and attention to detail.

I am a self-motivated individual that is driven to provide quality results in the most efficient, cost-effective and timely manner. Strong multi-tasking, prioritizing and leadership skills have allowed me to manage many successful projects throughout my career. My out-going personality has allowed me to develop numerous relationships with many departments, clients and outside vendors.
